• A copy of the RMA must be included with the return shipment.
• Returns will only be accepted up to 12 months from date of invoice.
• Cartons weighing more than 40 pounds will be refused.
• Books that are damaged and not in saleable condition will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• Books not in the original shrinkwrap will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• Books with any stickers on them will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
